For your convenience we provide the following carriers: FedEx, UPS and USPS for domestic shipments as well as Best Way Shipping. Your shipment should arrive in approximately 3 - 7 business days depending on what carrier and type of shipment you have selected. Please allow couple of days for order processing.
If your shipping and billing address information do not match with what your Credit Card Company has on file, additional time may be required to verify your address. Orders that can not be verified may be cancelled.
In rare occasions when items ordered are not available your order may not be shipped until a Customer Care representative has contacted you to amend the order.
We ship to residential and commercial addresses in the United States and Canada. If you are shipping to an APO/AE address overseas please be aware that shipping times increase to 2 - 4 weeks.
Whenever possible, we attempt to ship all items in an order in one shipment. However, some times that is not possible and some orders with multiple items may ship in multiple packages.
On time delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Note that circumstances out of our control (like natural disasters, etc.) may produce shipping postponements.
Returns:
While we can guarantee that your fragrance is authentic, we cannot guarantee that you will like it. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges or issue refunds.
All purchases are carefully wrapped. In the unlikely event a bottle breaks or leaks in transit, please contact us. We will ask you to return the damaged bottle and packing materials (at our expense). Upon receipt of these items, we will send a replacement.
We ask that you please inspect your package upon receipt. Please notify us of any problem within five days of receipt.
